The 2020 Wacker Neuson DW90 Site Dumepr is a versatile bulk material mover offering articulated hydrostatic 4-wheel drive designed to carry full payloads across rough terrain, muddy conditions and steep hills. Dumpers have a smaller footprint than traditional dump trucks and can easily manoeuvre around confined and busy job sites, moving dirt faster and significantly improving cycle times.
Uneven ground conditions are the area of application where the wheel dumper is most at home. This is where its strengths are displayed to best advantage: hydrostatic all-wheel drive with ECO mode, exceptional off-road capability and extreme gradability, paired with different skip versions and a wear-free spring-loaded parking brake.
Accessibility
Operator station is easily accessible from both sides for added convenience. Dashboard displays a full range of dials/indicator lights such as fuel gauge, low fuel, warning light and parking brake light.
Drive System
With the help of a cardan shaft, the 2020 Wacker Neuson Site Dumper has one central hydraulic engine that drives both axles. An easy-to-operate permanent all-wheel drive with a hydrostatic auto-drive system as service brake with an articulated frame steering (load sensing). Combined brake-inch pedal, designed as 2-circuit brake system and a hydraulically operated spring loaded parking brake to avoid extensive damage from use.
Along with that, the 2020 Wacker Neuson DW90 Site Dumper has a hydrostatic braking effect as soon as the foot is taken off the accelerator pedal. Boasting no traction loss when accelerating from a stand still till maximum speed of 28km/h.
